Apostle Edmund Burton and wife, Prophetess Michele Burton, Pastors.
Apostle Edmund T. Burton is the youngest son of Pastor Tom Burton, Jr. (A Pastor in Fresno, TX and Houston, TX in excess of 50 yrs) and Ruby Beatrice Burton (deceased). When asked, many who know them will tell you it is evident that the priesthood anointing rests, rules, and abides over the Burton household for many years to come. Apostle accepted the call from God to minister in 1990. He was licensed in October 1990 and was later ordained Pastor in 1997. In July 1998, God released him to open the doors to Heavenly Fruit of the Spirit Christian Center calling God’s people to exemplify and demonstrate godly character. This ministry is a teaching ministry and believes strongly in its mission statement to Invest in the Future (our young) While Remembering the Past (our elderly). Since inception, God has blessed this ministry to impart His knowledge and wisdom into many households and several conferences, seminars, and workshops. God is continuing to open doors as this ministry enters its second phase of ministry. Apostle and his wife, Prophetess Michele Burton are blessed to have their own Bishop Josephus Johnson II in Akron Ohio, pour spiritual wisdom and guidance into their lives and ministry. Apostle alongside with the Executive Board are totally committed to God’s vision and assignment for this ministry. Under the divine leadership and direction of Apostle, this ministry extends itself over and over again with establishing a sound teaching structure for all based on the Word of God, and thereby creating an atmosphere that will attract every learning style. As the ministry grows and nurtures others, the Executive staff looks forward to the season when they will embrace sign language for the hearing impaired, and Braille for the blind. – HFOS Executive Staff
